Sandwhisker is very alert, meaning he pays attention to his surroundings. He never really zones out per say. He's very aware of the things around him and he does a good job with observation and paying attention to little details. It's this trait that makes him a very worthy future warrior. It helps pay attention to the small things that most cats don't really notice. It's a huge advantage in combat, as well.

This is pretty self-explanatory. Keeping calm is one of Sandpaw's specialties. He also uses this to his advantages as well. Keeping cool and collected is a good way to psyche out your opponents and confuse them. Sandwhisker utilizes this. He learned how to do this at such a young age because of his father. He wanted his son to be ready for anything and make sure he knew how to use his traits to his advantage.

Sandwhisker doesn't really like to rely on other cats to get stuff done for him. He likes doing everything for himself and being independent. Then again, since he's a warrior, he's supposed to do everything for himself anyway, as well as providing for the other around him. Although, sometimes certain cats try to help him on certain stuff and he just doesn't like that. He likes to rely on himself, not others around him.

Although this may not really be a good thing, it's also not considered a full-on bad thing either. Sandpaw can be pretty predictable from time to time. His Clanmates know what to expect from him. Sandwhisker doesn't really try to do anything about it, considering it's really not that big of a deal. It's just a simple trait he got from his mother.

Being predictable isn't the only trait he got from his mother. Despite being kind of neutral most of the time, Sandwhisker can also be very suspicious some of the time. He doesn't like to just throw his trust out there. He likes getting to know someone first before he fully puts his trust into them. Sandwhisker feels like being too trusting is dangerous; which is true.

Although, this can also make him very curious; a little too curious. It used to get him into a lot of trouble as a kit. Some of that has died down now, though, as he's gotten older.

Sandwhisker can be very...brutally honest, to put it simply. He sometimes doesn't really think before he says stuff, which can hurt someone's feelings. Sandwhisker doesn't think about it much, and he doesn't know when to say something and when to not. It's gotten him into a good amount of trouble before as well.

Pretty self-explanatory as well. Sandwhisker never knows what he wants. It's like that saying: Just when you think he's gonna turn left, he turns right. It's like that with Sandwhisker, but on a lower scale. He can never make a straight decision. He's been like all his life.

This means that he lacks any real emotion sometimes. Sandwhisker finds it very difficult to say or act how he's truly feeling. He doesn't know how to express his feelings and he keeps them bottle up most of the time. It's not good for his health, and he knows that. He just can't help it.

Dawnstar kept poking her head out of her den, thinking about when Frostfall would get back. She normally was gone for at least a couple days, but never this long! She hadn't been feeling well for the past couple days and she was getting worried because Frostfall wasn't here to check her out. Dawnstar hurried out of her den once she heard the voices of her Clan shouting loudly. As soon as she looked down, she found out why. Dawnstar spotted the black and white pelt of Frostfall and she gasped, racing down the rocks that led up to her den. "Frostfall! You're back, finally!"
